There is a compelling desire to tell your customers and prospects everything about your brand. What results is content overload and confusion along with cluttered marketing materials and missed opportunities. This was the challenge with the SSI brand. Our redevelopment of the message program, website and collateral system created an organized, sequenced conversation that gives prospects a good understanding of the value that comes with working with this knowledgeable agent.

The company’s proven success in Illinois prompted growth in other states under the name of Consumer Direct Insurance Services or CDIS. The logo was designed to work with both SSI and CDIS. The predominant abstract “S” also contains an abstract “C” and “D” creating unity across all states the company serves.
Senior Services of Illinois, or SSI, is an independent and authorized exclusive general agent for BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. Their core business is to help seniors find the best Medicare coverage at the best price. K2MD Health assessed the SSI brand program and made recommendations to simplify cluttered marketing materials and clarify confusing messages.

We developed a new logo and brand program that complemented the BC/BS brand program so the brands work in unison. We also recommended, “Trusted Insurer-Trusted Advisor” to help consumers understand the relationship and the role each brand plays in helping find the right coverage at the right price.
